Your quiet moments.
A little more personal.
The same color rhythms and preset tones. An easier way to come back to what you enjoy.
Keep a favorite together.
Tap the pin during a session to save its pattern, background, tone setting and volumes. Pinned combinations appear above the library. Unpinning removes the shortcut; it does not change your history. A saved premium pattern still needs an active subscription.
A week at a glance.
Your activity page shows active minutes across the last seven days, total sessions, completed sessions, most-used patterns and background choices. Recent history retains up to 500 sessions, while lifetime totals are stored separately. The weekly chart groups sessions by their start date.
Time away from the app is excluded. This chart describes app usage, not sleep quality, stress levels or a wellbeing score. Sound statistics reflect the settings you chose.

A suggestion with a reason.
After at least three sessions on two different days, RelaxColors may suggest a familiar pattern using recent usage, time of day and your pins. You can open the explanation or switch suggestions off in Settings. Starting a suggestion is always your choice.
If there are enough optional check-ins for that pattern, you may see a simple observation: how many answered sessions you reported feeling calmer after. Sparse data produces no such observation. This is your personal experience, not proof of a medical effect or a comparison between treatments.
An invitation, never an obligation.
The feelings check-in is optional and offered at most once a week after a session lasting at least a minute. Gentle reminders are off until you choose a schedule and allow notifications. They are quiet and never automatically start a session. Your feelings answer never determines whether you receive an App Store rating request.
On your device.
There is no external AI service, analytics SDK or account for these features. Personal history, pins and answers stay in local app storage. Clear usage history in Settings to remove records and totals; pinned combinations remain. You can separately unpin them and turn reminders off.
