RelaxColors is a light and color relaxation app for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

The short version: RelaxColors does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no trackers. The app has no code that sends anything anywhere.

What stays on your device

RelaxColors saves one thing: which relaxation pattern you last used, so it can be ready the next time you open the app. This is stored on your device only. It never leaves it, and we never see it.

Deleting the app removes this setting completely.

What we do not do

• We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, or any other
  personal information

• We do not create accounts or profiles

• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs

• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies

• We do not sell, rent, or share data with anyone, because we do not have any

Subscriptions and purchases

RelaxColors offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the full library of patterns.

All payments are handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. Apple tells the app one thing: whether a subscription is currently active. We never receive your payment details, card information, billing address, or Apple ID.

You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.

Health and medical data

RelaxColors does not collect health data and does not connect to Apple Health.

The app is intended for general relaxation only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional care.

Children

RelaxColors is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Third parties

The only third party involved is Apple, and only for handling subscriptions and app distribution. There are no other services, servers, or partners.

The app contains links to Apple’s terms and to this policy. Opening them takes you to those websites, which have their own privacy practices.

Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. Removing the app from your device removes everything RelaxColors stored.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
